Mission Hills Winding Hillside

We built this steep landscape with natural cedar stairs that wind down the steep slope, and custom-built a steel handrail to follow the exact curve. Simple in appearance, but everything had to be just right. We took our time with this one—measuring, adjusting, reworking—until it felt natural to walk down. The landscape ended up looking beautiful and allowing the clients to easily access their canyon property. The plant palette with all silver and white flowers is starting to look amazing as it fills in this season, with classy and natural vibes.

We have used Green Dreams for two phases of work on our property, and we will happily use them for any and all future phases. In the first phase, Ryan and the team cleared a truly wild slope and built a beautiful natural-looking staircase exactly as we had envisioned. In the second phase, the team installed irrigation and planted the front and side yard with primarily native plants. Finally, the team designed and executed an elaborate handrail to complement the previously-installed stairs. At every turn of both phases, Ryan, Anthony, Sebastian and the whole team worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life.
