With this in mind, we decided on tucking a paver patio and pergola into the hillside with an amazing mountain view, and laid wandering pathways with a unique combination of DG and block edging through lively planters. Long-tread paver steps allow access to the newly usable area. In this overhaul of a large property, we zoned distinct areas for native plants, edible garden/fruit trees, flower/texture plants, and a low water ground cover to add the vibrant green color and retain a crucial area of the slope. The lounge deck and hammock provide a place to relax with friends and family.
