Poway Sanctuary

This project was on a big property in Poway. In the walkthrough the customer said that her dream for the space was to make it "feel like a park" with pathways, gardens and patios.
I sketched up a design and we got to work. We built a patio on the hillside, planted a low water ground cover and many different plant zones with a large native garden, low-water ground cover, raised planters and steps. We also built a fenced in raised vegetable garden area, a new trex deck with steel posts and a hammock, and more. The homeowners were great to work with and enjoy their new park every day.
